and is frantically looking at options for homeschooling?
I won't say that Christmas has me feeling merry or bright.. but at least I'm doing my part to keep the economy rolling in its death cart to hell, by refusing to hook up the cable TV (those salespeople come door-to-door now) & severely editing my Christmas shopping list down to buying another weapon.
But it's not all gloom and doom. Because beach house.

ReplyDeleteWe gave up cable 3 years ago and have never looked back. Everyone says they are getting burnt out by the coverage- besides NPR in the car, I haven't heard a thing unless I've gone looking for it. I can't see their little faces, I think I would throw up
ReplyDeleteGot my pendant- it's even better in person! Super nice and freaking adorable! Thank you- Merry Christmas Katy!
Breathe breathe breathe breathe........

I'm with you Mollie. I can't. I just can't. I have a 6 year old. it's all too much.
ReplyDeleteI waffle between telling myself to be calm or deciding to buy 300 acres to plop my home in the smack-dab center and surround the whole damn place with a 15ft steel and barbed wire wall.
dawn that is not a crazy idea. I am doing that as soon as this beach house is done. :)
ReplyDeleteLOL to the Elf on the Shelf. We don't have cable either.
ReplyDeleteKaty, I have avoided the news for over 3 weeks, probably closer to 4 weeks, now. It's done a world of good for my mental health, if nothing else.
